This policy applies to all purchases made through https://mvswatches.com.
In line with UK distance selling regulations, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
The watch is unworn and in the same condition as supplied
All original packaging, boxes, papers, accessories, tags, and seals (where applicable) are included
The watch has not been worn, sized, adjusted, altered, or tampered with
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Watches that have been worn, sized, adjusted, or altered after delivery
Custom or personalised orders
Items returned incomplete or in a condition different from when supplied
Before returning an item, you must contact us at info@mvswatches.com for return instructions.
Returned items must be sent using a fully insured and trackable delivery service.
The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping.

We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
No refund fees are charged.
If a return does not meet the conditions outlined above, it will be declined and returned to the customer.
If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, any approved refund will be issued as store credit.
If the gift was shipped to the purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
