SHIPPING RATES

  • UK Deliveries: All shipping within the United Kingdom is provided free of charge.
  • International Deliveries: Shipping to destinations outside the UK incurs additional charges. Please contact our customer service team to confirm your delivery address and receive a shipping quote before completing your purchase.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

  • Standard processing time is 1-10 business days after order confirmation, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
  • For prepaid orders, processing begins only after the full payment (including any applicable shipping costs) has been received.
  • Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or UK Bank Holidays.
  • Allow for additional processing and delivery time when ordering on or near public holidays.
  • For specific delivery time frames to your region, please refer to the Royal Mail website.

TRACKING & INSURANCE

  • All MVS Watches Ltd shipments are sent via insured and recorded delivery services.
  • A tracking number will be provided via email/text once your order has been dispatched.
  • All purchases are fully insured while in transit until delivered to the specified address.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

  • A signature is required for all deliveries to confirm receipt of your order.
  • At the point of signature, responsibility for the purchased items transfers to you as the customer.
  • For orders not received in person (such as gift orders or deliveries signed for by a concierge/reception desk), the person signing for the package confirms receipt and assumes accountability for the items.
