Found your next watch at MVS Watches? Put the value of your current watch towards it with a part-exchange.
Tell us what you own and which watch in our collection interests you. We’ll assess your watch and, if it’s suitable for our stock, provide a provisional valuation and explain the balance involved.
Include your watch’s brand, model or reference number, approximate year, condition and whether you have the original box and papers. Clear photographs of the dial, case, caseback and bracelet or strap help us assess it accurately.
Please mention any known faults, significant marks or service history, and give us the name or product link of the watch you’d like from MVS.
Complete the form with details and photographs of your current watch, alongside the watch you’re interested in buying. If you’re still choosing, let us know what you have in mind.
We’ll consider your watch’s condition, completeness and current market demand. If we can offer a part-exchange, we’ll explain its provisional value against your chosen watch and the balance payable.
Our initial offer is subject to physical inspection. You’re under no obligation to proceed.
If you’re happy with the provisional figures, contact us to arrange how your watch will reach us. Visits to our Milford Haven office are available by prior appointment.
Please wait for our instructions before sending your watch.
We inspect your watch to confirm its authenticity, condition and operation, then confirm the final valuation and balance. If anything affects our offer, we’ll explain it before you decide whether to proceed.
Once the exchange is agreed and any balance due is settled, we’ll arrange delivery of your chosen watch.
We consider watches from OMEGA, TUDOR, Breitling, Cartier, TAG Heuer, Panerai, IWC, Hublot, Grand Seiko, Bremont, Christopher Ward and other selected brands.
Acceptance depends on the individual watch, our stock levels and current demand. If your brand or model isn’t listed, send us the details and we’ll let you know whether it’s suitable.
You do not need to exchange like for like. You can put one brand towards another, subject to us accepting your watch.
The exact reference, condition, service history and current demand all affect the offer. Original box and papers, spare bracelet links and other accessories also help us assess the complete package.
An advertised retail price is different from a part-exchange valuation. Our offer takes account of any preparation needed, the costs of resale and the warranty we provide to the next owner.
We’ll set out the valuation alongside the price of your chosen watch, so you can see the balance before deciding.
We consider watches without their original box or papers, although this may affect the valuation. Tell us exactly what is included when you enquire.
